Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION: We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. PLEASE text or call the salon at (724)-880-0118 MISSED APPOINTMENTS: If a client fails to cancel their appointment and no shows, they are required to pay a fee of 50% of the total appointment. LATE ARRIVALS: We respect your time and ask you to respect ours. If a guest is 15 minutes late we may need to reschedule your appointment to another day.
